Class description

Hatha Yoga:

Postures, combined with regulated breath, performed in a systematic, mindful manner, emphasizing precision and alignment. Drawing from many traditions, this class is eclectic in style.

General level, suitable for Beginners and Intermediate students.

Times:

Monday 10-11 am Gentle Hatha, 5:30-7 pm

Tuesday 8:30-9:45 am

Wednesday 10-11:30 am

Thursday 9:30-11 am, 7:15-8:45 pm

Friday 10-11 am

Saturday 8:30-9:45 am

Sunday 9:30-10:45 am
