Kids & Teens Yoga

Yoga is a great tool for Children to counteract all the pressure that they are under these days. They live in a hurry up world of busy parents, school pressures, lessons, video games and competitive sports. Yoga encourages self esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that is noncompetitive. It enhances their flexibility, strength and coordination and improves concentration and offers a sense of calmness and relaxation.
