Power Yoga

Astanga Yoga primary series: A vigorous asana practice involving a specific breathing technique synchronized with movement. A form of Vinyasa Yoga (continuous movement), the class is a hot and sweaty. This class is presented in the style of Beryl Binder Birch. Starts 12/14/2009!
