Prenatal Yoga
This Yoga class helps all Mom's to be to relax their body and mind. Prenatal yoga strengthens and stretches muscles, releases tension and maintains good posture. Learn how to relax on command and at the same time prepare your body for labor and delivery. This class teaches breathing techniques associated with labor and helps to deal with stress related to pregnancy. Doctor’s note required to sign up!
